I know everyone loves to bash AOL (for good reason), so I'm wondering if anyone has
solved this problem: We have a program that
automitcally generates statistics reports on websites, and then emails those reports
at RTF file attachments. I'm not sure how RTF
handles graphics, but it does, because the reports include graphs. Most people read
the email and open the attachment (the RTF
file) in Word without a problem. However, AOL *sometimes* trashes the attachments.
That is, sometimes AOL users will receive these
emails and be unable to read the reports.

Does anyone know what AOL is doing different to trash the attachments, and how to fix
it? The strange part is that it only seems to
happen about 1/4 the time with AOL email addresses.
