I wonder if this is your 3rd or 1st NIC??? I have seen a sort of similar
situation with 2 Nics. There is a KB article about that and I think the
keyword to look for is 'BindToIp'. Worth a try and if it works, then I bet
that 3rd Nic is actually the 'first'.
