The mail delivery method that I used is "deliver all mail to local mail
server". Where should I specify the domain name in Webshield?
Our e-mail server is behind a firewall. I opened the ports 25 (SMTP) and
7190 (POP3). Does it has something to do with the mail rejection.

like that, where you choose how messages are delivered (directly, via DNS,
etc.) which can be a bit confusing. If I recall correctly, you have to
choose two of them. Check the help file, I'm guessing the problem is there.
