I believe WebShield SMTP has an option "Message Delivery" or something like that,
where you choose how messages are delivered (directly, via DNS, etc.) which can be a
bit confusing. If I recall correctly, you have to choose two of them. Check the help
file, I'm guessing the problem is there.
Also, be sure to add each of your domains TWICE. The first time in the normal format
("your_domain.com") and the second time with a period at the end ("your_domain.com.").
This will prevent a nasty DoS attack.
