In our case, postmaster is an alias on each account.
The alias is forwarded using the FULLY qualified email address..to who ever
handles  returned mail for that domain.

I am not sure if this applies in your situation, but we found that having
alias's that are forwarded to something like rich instead of
[EMAIL PROTECTED]  would not get delivered.

OK, again, I am not sure this directly applies to your issue, but if you are
using aliases..it may be a good hint..
