Subject: [IMail Forum] Databases, IMail 7, ...
Sorry - I've been away for a week or so, so I'm not sure if this was
recently covered.
Does anyone have info on IMail 7 and whether it will be truly
database -based ?
We have a strong need for this and have been looking at others, including
MailMax,
which allow you to configure domains, user accounts, aliases,
autoresponders, etc...
merely by making database entries.
If this isn't in the works for coming versions, does anyone know of other
systems
that would meet our need for this project? We're sticking with IMail for
everything
else, but have very specific needs in this instance. Having users in DB
with other
things via command line scripts, potential for conflicting IDs, and
work-arounds
won't work on this one.
Thanks!
Chris
