Hi Guys,
I have user that from time to time cannot access their
POP3 mail account. Outlook begins to download the mail,
saying message "1 of X" then the connection fails.
Looking in the Imail logs I can see the user connecting
then within a minute or two a "connection aborted" message
followed by "reset mailbox" message is logged.
Everytime the user has reported the problem I have been
able to access the account immediately without problems.
I have used a variety of connections and providers without
problems, so it does not seem to be an issue with our
connectivity. Also, no other users have reported any similar
problems.
