Yes, from time to time a users mailbox will lock up on one email and not
download the rest of the email. If the user closed and reopened Outlook
before this was cleared, all of the email would be resent again. Had to turn
off and abort the virus checker (NAV) to get all the email. Scanning after
this found no viruses in the email. Have not had this problem much since we
went with Imail though.

Hi,
I have since found out the the user has Norton Antivirus 2000
installed in conjunction with Outlook Express and they are using
the POP3 virus scanning feature. I deleted the first mail in
their inbox and the problem disappeared.
However, I was able to retrieve all email from their account
using Outlook Express, but without NAV 2000. Has anyone else
had similar problems when using NAV POP3 scanning?
