It's sort-of correct.

You can make a change to the registry that will tell IMail to limit the 
number of recipients for an E-mail.  However, this just limits the number 
of recipients for each copy of the E-mail that is sent.  So, if you limit 
it to 20 recipients, someone can still send out an E-mail to 60 recipients, 
they would just need to send 3 copies of the E-mail.  It would take a 
spammer more time to send out his spam, but not a whole lot longer.

If you are looking for a time limit (20 E-mails within 10 minutes, or 100 
E-mails within 30 minutes or whatever), our new Declude Hijack program can 
handle that.  If one of your users decided to send spam, only a small 
number of E-mails (if any) would be able to get out.
