[IMail Forum] Duplication of Emails

This is strange.
 
One of my users gets 5 copies of every email sent to her. The IMail server was doing this. There were no lists or aliases set up that would've caused this. I removed her account and re-added it; this solved the problem. Any idea how/why it was doing that?
