Try Evans Martin's IMU32 utility at http://www.martek.net/index2.html
It will create both the user.lst and user.txt files for the list and
offers an exclude function for addresses you don't usually want added
(root, postmaster, etc.)  I run it nightly under NT's AT schedule along
with some custom programming to re-populate several local lists.
