Now that I've scripted to use the IMail Registry Key setup, I want to try to switch over to a database. A couple of questions: 1. If we use SQL, it should definitely be a separate box, since SQL will take every piece of RAM it can find and sock it away like a squirrel with a nut, right? 2. Is anyone using Access 2000 as a database? Does it effect performance? 3. No matter which database I use, does it kill SMTP Auth? (I read this in some of the older posts)? Is this still the case? What is the practical effect of this - does it open your box up as a relay? Thanks Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
