[IMail Forum] web messaging

The web messaging service stops too frequently on its own. Why does this happen? what preventive action is to be taken?   Again,  recently the passwords of the users suddenly were replaced and the Imail configurations changed to an earlier set viz., the change password facility was disabled, administrator status was reverted to an earlier position, etc.. I am not able to understand the cause for these sudden changes!   We are using  Version 5.0. Is it prone to such accidents?   Would appreciate any guidance.   Thanks   Ganesh
