A check at http://www.dnsreport.com shows that the DNS entries for
theroi.com are pretty good. The DNS error is probably that fake web page
that IE displays that claims a DNS error when it can't reach a site. Most
likely, the problem is at their end.
You are correct that the best bet to prove the problem is on their side (or
possibly prove it is on your side) is to do a tracert from their end. If
possible, find a polite way to say "Feel free to complain after you send me
the results of the tracert".
