That depends on what it is set at now.  <G>

At 30 minutes, IMail will re-try each undeliverable E-mail every 30 
minutes.  If you have a lot of files in the queue, that's going to be a lot 
of extra work if they aren't sendable for a while.  Typically, the longer 
the time period for the queue timer, the less load you will have (although 
the spool could grow a bit quicker, especially if you send a lot of mail to 
flaky domains).
