Observations being out of line with normal is called "bug" and I cannot
imagine more information about a problem ever be "meaningless". I have
spent years in a support job and my first gripe was "not much information".

I understand that as with any "news groups/discussion list", one cannot
expect solutions/full support here. Your "intelligent" guesses are all what
I am looking for. I would assume that if you see a scenario so out of
normal it will be referred to the development for possible fix and give me a
work around for now if possible.

I cannot imagine there is no better solution than typing the entire list
(3600 users) again ! (that too not guranteeing that it would fix the
problem, let alone introducing potential problems due to typos). If having
a bad character is such a frequent problem, I guess a script/tool that
detects them would be in order ...

Reinstall may not solve the problem. It either has to be the list or IMail
as the user complianed that she did not receive the mail since we moved the
list over to IMail. We simply moved the text file with addresses from the
old ISP ...

No, we do not have any rules enabled for any domain.
