Back to the issue. Where using Outlook 2000. basically a user of mine typed
in the incorrect name of a user on the system instead of
[EMAIL PROTECTED] they used [EMAIL PROTECTED]
This email had 10 other addressees and none of them got the email and the
send was sent an email with this No Transport Provider or Protocol next to
every single name.
She corrected the name and it sent went out fine.

Ah, I just re-read the subject. "No transport protocol" smells like an
Outlook error that it gives when it can't find it's favorite Exchange
server. Most likely, there won't be any IMail log of this, it's probably
just an Outlook issue.
