[IMail Forum] Version 7.02 problem

Hi all,   We have been running Imail for over a year quite happily but have had a problem since upgrading to Version 7.02   When a user collects their mail they are getting the "Retrieving list of messages from server" messages and it takes up top 3 mins for this to be proceesed even if there are only a couple of messagesw aiting??????   Has anyone else had this problem? We have mailed Tech support but just wanted to see if this was an isolated case.   Thank you.
