Ipswitch support seems to be unable to help me here (they gave me the
standard canned responses), so I figured I'd try here.
We were running IMail 6.06, and last night, I upgraded our mail server to
7.02 (I'm glad we waited for a while after 7.00 came out...). Anyways,
everything works great except for one REALLY glaring error.
In the web messaging, for some reason, about 90% of the time, the graphics
won't show up. Sometimes, if I hit reset, they do, but usually they don't.
Sometimes when I'm logged into it right from the mail server, they show up,
but sometimes they don't. I've checked the paths (Yes, it's pointing at
f:\Imail\web, where it's supposed to.) I dont have the old version of the
templates in there; I've taken everything out, and unzipped the v7 of the
templates in there. I've tried reinstalling Imail, etc. Nothing has
worked. This didn't happen in 6.06. I've checked the registry. I've hit a
serious brick wall on this, and my boss now wants to install Exchange if
this doesn't work by tomorrow, which makes even more work for me. :(
Please, if you can help, let me know what to do! I'm rather desperate at
the moment.
