[IMail Forum] poor performance

I'm still having problems with performance from a client. It hangs when
retrieving a list of messages from the server. Has anyone had any help from
IpSWitch from this or been able to resolve it?

I believe the server is sending the entire mailbox to the client rather than
unread messages?
