Do you have AUTH reporting turned on in Imail? If so, netscape will force the user to
login to send mail (make sure that there is a valid username in the "outgoing mail
server username" then user will be prompted for a password during every session that
the user tries to send mail.

Does anyone out there know another work around besides editing the pref.js file in
netscape? I really would like to turn AUTH reporting on, but don't want to inconvience
all my netscape users. Any other ideas?
Thanks,
