What happens if the user changes their POP3 userID from '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' to 
'user%domain.com'.  Does that work?

I am not familiar with Netscape, but have a new client that is using it. I
am having problems getting them to log on via POP3.

That is a test account I have set up.

Any help appreciated. I have read
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20010423-DM01.htm but am still not able to
get it to work.
