The only MX record I see is for smtp.alchemy.net 209.132.223.2

Tried to connect to smtp.alchemy.net and failed.

Due to a IMail bug it tried the 'A' record for alchemy.net which
is 209.132.221.10 and is the host 'ticket.alchemy.net'

They have an SMTP server running on that host, could be for testing
or for internal email. In any case they aren't advertising it in an
MX record and IMail shouldn't have contacted it.

They don't want outside hosts sending mail thru 'ticket.alchemy.net'. A
perfectly valid response since they're not advertising it.

Net result, you're screwed by an IMail bug and wont be able to
deliver mail to that site until smtp.alchemy.net is back up.
