As I said below, I have already tried unsubscribing because I thought the
same thing as Rod. However, then I get NO emails. Who can I email to fix
this?

Assuming that the reason you're getting it twice is cause your email
address is in the list twice, try unsubscribing and see if you
continue to get the list.
