I have tried unsubscribing, and re-subscribing, but everytime someone
sends an email, I get two of them. This is real annoying. How do I
get this fixed?

I wonder if the real mail server is refusing your
mail for some reason so Imail is trying the next record it finds. The
advertised mail server is
smtp.alchemy.net. 209.132.223.2 which is
the one that your log shows "connect failed" and when I telnet to port 25 on
it it answers. You might try emailing the admin from hotmail and see if they
are refusing your mail for some reason.

I'm attaching
the relevant part of the log here. For some reason, I can't send mail
to this particular user, although the email address is valid and sending via
other mail servers to this address work fine. I can't understand why
the responding server would report a mail relay problem. One concern
is whether or not this could be a DNS issue and if the MX is pointing to the
wrong server.
If anyone can
give me further info, I'd greatly appreciate it.
