Yes, and if you have the server set up to Relay For Addresses as you 
should, then even if they have an ISP that doesn't block port 25, 
they won't be able to connect unless they have a static IP.

I love all that. Other than myself and mail forms on the server, 
there are about 30 or 40 users that are able to use the SMTP server 
out of several hundred. Makes for alot less stress on the mail 
server. ;)
