You need to use either "Relay Mail for Addresses" (which lets anyone from a
list of IP addresses send mail; anyone coming from an IP not on the list
needs to use SMTP AUTH), or "No Mail Relay" (which forces everyone to use
SMTP AUTH).
The features are useful because they prevent unauthorized people (read:
spammers) from using your mail server for free.
