Sorry for off topic, but as long as we are on the subject, does anyone offer
free secondary hosting? I'm not having the best of luck with the person who
is currently doing secondary hosting for me. I would be willing to
secondary for you in exchange.

Don't let the price fool you. This is your best option. We switched to BIND
last year and do not regret it one bit. Do as Len's site says and get the
O'Reilly book. Set up 2 of them as well. We are running old PPro 200 with
128mb RAM and 2gb HD's. More than enough for this place and they are pretty
busy boxes too.
Running NT-DNS on the same boxes crashed all the time though...
