Thank you Scott for clarifying this. My users are yellign at me and I'm trying to tell 
them that I'm not the problem here. And, because I'm not an AOL subscriber, AOL is 
unwilling to lend any assitance to getting this resolved, making me look like the "bad 
guy" to my customers.
