peer is the tcp/ip session peer, ie, troy�s MTA.

silversidechurch.org, the @senderdomaain, has both A and MX, but
mail.twinstar.com�s ip is not delegated below uu.net and uu.net has no PTR
for it.

I don�t think AOL checks the A and PTR match, but I bet they do require
that at least that the peer MTA's ip has reverse delegation AND any ol PTR
in there.
