I agree that it *should* do so, but it clearly isn't in my tests. I've
double checked the SMTP relay configuration on both servers, they are
set identically and only permit relay from IP addresses on our network.

When I checked our listing there I was shocked to find a copy of a
relayed message on file. I then performed a manual test because I didn't
quite believe what I was seeing.

It's a pity that orbz can't take the time to drop a line to postmaster@
when they blacklist someone. Since lots of our clients use us as a
smarthost, we can become an output even though we're configured
correctly. If they (and others) would simply notify us that we've been
listed, I'd immediately take action to block the input and get us off.
