That makes sense and this looks really serious to me.
Assuming you can get it to Ipswitch so they have a reasonable chance to
respond are you going to file a report with bugtraq?

Initially I tested 7.03->7.03.
I have since tested from 6.06->7.03 (and vice versa). Every
configuration I've tried has been vulnerable.
