[IMail Forum] TECH SUPPORT AT IPSWITCH IS VERY BAD!

THEY ARE REFUSING TO OFFER SUPPORT ON v6... Am I expecting too much.. where was the notice of no longer supporting past versions....         I Wrote.... **************************************** I would like to talk to somebody.... call me... 937-910-xxxx  How can you say the only option is to upgrade... thats ridiculous... I purchased v6 I have a contract on v6 ... you can't force us to upgrade ... I want support on this or my money for my contract back... have a manager contact me ASAP!!!!   Thats like ms saying.. i am sorry we have win2k we won't support nt4.....   I expect to hear from a manager today!     ****************************************     At this time, upgrading is the only option that I have to offer you.  I am going to look into seeing is the 7.03 version of imailsrv will work with 6.06, but that is not a tested configuration so I do not know if it will work in the real world even if it does work here.       The best option to fix the this issue is to upgrade to version 7.  I understand that if the other software causes a conflict then that makes this a difficult decision.     Please let me know if you have any other questions.   Thank you,   Cary P. [T20010917004H] Craig,     This is an issue that I have heard of in version 6.06, but I have not heard of it at this time in version 7.03.  I recommend that you upgrade tot he latest version.  If the problem still exist at that point, then I will have to see if it is a code change that needs to be made, but if it is, then it will be made in 7 so you will have to upgrade in any case.    Let me know if the upgrade helps the situation.  If you need help with anything, else, let me know. I send a plain text email and my test account acutally got 5 messages before I stopped and restarted IMAIL... Is it something I did?  Is this common?
