Their support seems adaquate.

Personally, since they do offer upgrade pricing, I don't mind earlier versions not being supported.

Other than problems with V7 (which seem to be under control), why would you want to run the old stuff (why would you want to be running Win3.1?).

I disagree.  A lot of people have not upgraded yet because we don't want many headaches and are waiting patiently.  This kind of information is important and I agree with him.  No software company should stop supporting any old versions as soon as the new version is released.  If they want to stop support for Imail 4.x or 5.x then fine but 6.x should be supported until 8.x comes out.
