I  like  AutoSMTP  (www.bpardo.com)--cheap port reflector designed for
SMTP.  RelayTCP  is  more general--might be just as good. In answer to
Len,  MS  SMTP  works just fine for this, but has to be installed with
IIS  and  all  that,  then  secured, and only runs on Server versions,
whereas you might be running Imail on a Workstation product.
