Keep Imail running on 25 as usual. Don't change anything there.
In AutoSMTP:
Uncheck "Automatic Tunnelling ModeMode" [sic].
In "SMTP Server by default," put 127.0.0.1 on port 25.
Check "Override use this SMTP server" [sic--it actually means Override
*and* use...]
In "Server mode," put the machines actual IP address (not the
loopback, which is the default) on port 26.
That should be it.
