You just proved our point that IPswitch should
continue to support their product until the
newer version is stable and we have had time to
make adjustments and begin using it.
win2K has been out for nearly 2 years now. After
Imail v7.0 has been out for more than
a year, year and a half I would then expect them to
start reducing support for the previous
version. By reducing I mean to stop releasing hot
fixes and patches.
By the way I called yesterday and got support from
MS for NT4 and also SQL 6.0. We
had some problems and they had no problem working
with us.
