NO RELAY is fine, too.  You only need RELAY FOR ADDRESSES if you have IP
ranges that need to send messages from non-local users, such as from a
web server program.  

Either way you must have your remote clients use SMTP Authentication or
they will be unable to send.

For Outlook XP users you find this at 
Tools->Accounts->(select account)->Advanced->Outgoing->
Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
And use the same settings as pop3.

Most other clients have something similar but they'll have to look for
it.

Problem is our crew is spread out all over the country, so I can't do 
anything by IP (especially since a couple of us are on cable modems with

DHCP). So I figure Relay For Addresses is out. I'll give No Mail Relay a

whirl and see if it does the trick.
