No -- that can't be done with IMail or any other program, at least not with
the normal delivery mechanism.
Mailing lists usually work by sending one E-mail to lots of people, and
"bundling" a couple dozen addresses at a time. That really speeds up
delivery. But, it means that the same message is sent out to everyone.
In order for the E-mail to be personalized, you would need software that
sends out the E-mail one at a time. Note that this will also increase the
bandwidth needed to send the mail by about 10 times.
