One of our customers creates three or more levels of nested folders using the Web interface. Then when he goes to the main view and starts drilling into the subfolders, he can only go two levels deep. Is this normal?
He can see that the deeper subfolders are there if he goes to 'Edit Mailboxes' or tries to move a message to one of these subfolders. The subfolders do have messages in them. This is on version 7.04. I am not sure if it worked fine on version 6 as I have not been using Imail for a long time myself.
