[IMail Forum] Webmail login problems

Hi All,   We've had an on-going problem with the Webmail since v6.04, currently we're running 7.04HF1.  Sometimes when a user tries to login it kicks them back to the login screen, sometimes, if refresh is clicked after getting bumped back to the login it puts them right into their account.  Other times if they try their login again it lets them in, and other times it doesn't, seems erratic.   We're using virtual IPs, and it seems to happen to most of the domains.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Anyone know of any fixes?  Would purchasing the KillerWebMail Templates solve this?   Thanks!   Mike
