They get a blank white screen with the following text.
"suspended due to repeated unsuccessful attempt at login"
I have checked every account on the server and none are showing suspended. I have changed to "Maximum tried before suspend" to 0 and 10. I have un-installed KWM, emptied the IMail\Web dir and re-installed KWM from scratch.
I cannot find anything on the IPSwitch KB about this.
Other changes on the server in the last week include moving the IMail spool directory from D:IMail\Spool to F:\IMail\Spool. 2 virtual domains, of 20, were also moved to the same drive. We also upgraded from DJM Standard 1.75 to DJM Pro 1.77
