I would like a list program that bounces the offending HTML/Return receipt/Certificate message back to the user with a note telling them how rude they are for not following list etiquette! If they want their message to be read by others, they will have to write the email correctly. This should not be too hard, as I already belong to a couple lists that look for the > and if it finds more than 6 rows of quoted text, the message is bounced!
