We could just send back one receipt request 10000 times. That will still fix them.

Of course, my personal opinion would be to have an fourth option: Strip off the receipt request, but send back return receipts for every single user on the list. If someone sent to the IMail list and got thousands of receipts back, I don't think they would forget a second time. <G> However, the point of a return receipt is to make sure that the recipient(s) received the E-mail, so it might be the appropriate response.
