" There are several different web attachment issues....I typically see this happen with E-mail that are forwarded from Hotmail or Yahoo, where the accounts are set up to forward the E-mail in this complex way. -Scott
Thanks. Not to beat a dead horse, but...I gathered a series of comments on the web about the different attachment problems and sent a message to the senior engineer again, and "again" got the same reply. Implication was that none of the problems can be reproduced. Ipswitch was polite and sounded legit. So how about it? Can anyone consistently reproduce the attachment problems for Ipswitch or are they "all" intermittent? (I live a half hour away from Lexington, if I have to I'll drive up and knock on their door to try to help out.)
