Some of my users are getting duplicates on everything... sometimes. For example, Friday I downloaded my e-mails and got duplicates of EVERYTHING. Today, I downloaded and got no duplicates. I checked the KB on the IPSwitch website, and the 2 suggestions don't even come close to solving the problems.... Ideas?
