As far as i have seen, it might be , that a users checks out its email via
webmail, and also checks it out without closing the session its email via
other imap4 client like outlook. The mailbox gets locked out and when the
user checks out its email it redownloads all the messages already marked as
read.
It also happens when you check out the option to leave a copy of the
messages on the server, and the mailbox gets locked out for any reason, and
when it gets unlocked, it redownloads the messages.

Those were my cases

Some of my users are getting duplicates on everything... sometimes. For
example, Friday I downloaded my e-mails and got duplicates of EVERYTHING.
Today, I downloaded and got no duplicates. I checked the KB on the IPSwitch
website, and the 2 suggestions don't even come close to solving the
problems.... Ideas?
