Thanks Scott. Client is Outlook, mail is not left on the server. Currently the server is out our host company, but soon to be brought in house. I can't wait. I will then have access to log files, etc....

Remember, these are two different issues; let's not confuse 'em. In the first case, the E-mails are being *sent* twice. This could happen if the names were in the list twice, for example. Another possibility is that there are forwardings set up. Or, they are going through another mail server that is "mucking" with delivery. In this case, the best thing to do is look at the logs. The logs will show exactly how many times the E-mails were received, and whether they were forwarded. In your case, it sounds like the problem is in receiving the mail. Do you leave your mail on the server? If so, and you use Outlook, you may occasionally get flooded with all the old mail being sent again. If it is recent mail, then you can check the logs to see how many E-mails IMail says you downloaded, whether or not the E-mail was received twice, whether it was forwarded, etc. -Scott --- Declude: Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-hijacking solutions for IMail. http://www.declude.com Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
