I too have the same issue and was unable to find an automated method.

The only difference from your method and mine is that I leave the search
field blank in Outlook and I enter the first few letters of my domain in
Outlook Express.

Subject: [IMail Forum] LDAP Issue

Hi, I am evaluating Imail right now and would like my outlook address book
to open up to show all of my LDAP addresses the first time I go to send an
email.

What happens is that I click To:. and I have to find "A" for example before
my list of LDAP contacts appears. Once I have complete this, my list is
shown in the address book every time I subsequently click To:. or CC:.

I would like to write a macro or something that auto-performs an LDAP lookup
for me.

Can anyone tell me :-

1) Is my method correct or is there an easier way to get to my goal?
2) If my method is correct, has anyone else written such a script.
3) any comments on this

Thanks

Jo.
