First off, CFMail, and its braindead spooling, and its dodgy SMTP protocol implementation have sucked since it first appeared, like a lot of CF's other tags for ftp, pop, http. yeah, yeah, some get it to work with a bunch of if's, and�s and but's, but why bother? That's why there are so many other CFX_mail's around. Doesn't coolfusion.com have a free POST mail tag to replace CFMail? If you're talking about dumping 9K or 90K msgs on Imail's queue as fast as it can take it, then you better use Scott's mail queue things to keep deliveries going. of course, if you really need a high volume delivery vehicule, use IMGate.
